After the initial financial plan has
been completed, CCP, Inc. clients sign on as a Portfolio Review client.
Our annual retainer contract with CCP, Inc. is for services to review
your financial situation on an annual, semi-annual, or quarterly basis.
With this contract, we continue to provide you with any of the following
services on an on-going and as needed basis:
- Update your initial Financial
Plan
- Update Personal Data Pages
- Coordinate your evolving financial
and personal goals with current resources
- Calculate and analyze your
historic investment movements (Variance Financial Profile)
- Review overall investment
strategy and risk tolerance
- Analyze current asset classes
- Research all current holdings
- Recommend specific no-load
investment alternatives where applicable (Revised Financial Profile)
- Provide current Morningstar
research on all investments
- Update income, expenses, and
savings
- Analyze your retirement progression
(Retirement Spreadsheet)
- Update Insurance, College
Savings Projection, and Estate Planning worksheets when needed
- Provide a written or verbal
analysis of your financial situation and direction for the upcoming
quarter
Our procedure at each review is to send
you Portfolio Review data gathering forms for you to update your financial
information that we do not have access to. Once you return your Portfolio
Review data gathering forms, we will call you to schedule your review
meeting. At our meeting, we will provide you with a comprehensive review
and updates of the initial Financial Plan including recommendations,
analyses, and discussion any questions or concerns you may have at that
time.
